Great gallery!
Remember; in photography, the best times to shoot range from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Taking photographs at noon would not be a good idea; the harsh, direct sunlight over-exposes the image and creates an over-abundance of contrast. It also, unfourtunately, doesn't flatter the subject.
Contrast is an important aspect of photography, but can easily be over-used. Remember that it is ideal to achieve white light areas, black dark areas, and a nice range of grays.
Also, think about working on a manual setting to aviod that automatic pop-up flash. Using the flash in photography is a last resort. Flash washes out the image and detail is lost.
Good luck, and keep up your work!

Ya know, with some of the photography I put on here you would think I'd have more intelligent descriptions other than "Pretty leaf!"
